Chester South and Eddisbury MP Aphra Brandreth said: "(Dog) attacks cause injury and just a single dog bite can be fatal. Pregnant ewes can lose their lambs when chased by dogs, and the stress caused by attacks can lead to mothers abandoning their new-born lambs."
