Rachael Wood, 22, grew up on a beef and arable farm in Kinross-shire. She currently works in the rural payments and inspections division for the Scottish Government and is the SAYFC Fife and Kinross District Secretary.
Catriona Dickson, 21, is from County Durham but currently lives in Aberdeen as a Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC) student studying rural business management.
Liz King, 28, splits her time between Whitland, Carmarthenshire and the family farm in Glastonbury, Somerset and works full time as a project officer at The Prince’s Countryside Fund.
Rachel Cooper, 27, is Shropshire’s YFC county chair. She hails from Whitchurch, North Shropshire but now lives in Bridgnorth on her partner’s sheep and arable farm.
Holly Andrews, 22, is from Ansley, North Warwickshire. She is undertaking a placement year with Premier Nutrition as a transition management assessor as part of her studies at Harper Adams University.
Jessica Langton, 22, is a dairy farmer from Langley Mill, Derbyshire. She studies animal science at the University of Nottingham and works part-time for Genus ABS as a reproductive management specialist.
Heather Mackie, 25 is from a dairy and beef farm in Lochwinnoch, Renfrewshire. Her family has been farming for as far as they can trace back.
Rosie Bennett, 27, is from Honiton, Devon. She is a dairy and poultry farmer’s daughter and works as a manager at an agricultural specialist accountants Evolution ABS Limited.
Pippa Botting, 28 is from Martock, Somerset and works for a large organic dairy business supplying milk to Arla, McDonald’s and Waitrose.
Bizza Walters, 24, is from a mixed family farm in Studley, Warwickshire. After studying at the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester, she works around the UK and abroad as a shepherdess, and is also an NFU Student and Young Farmer Ambassador.
