Organised by BGAJ chair Johann Tasker, the group of nine budding fell walkers took on the 24.5 mile hike last Saturday (May 20) in perfect conditions.
Setting off from Horton-in-Ribblesdale and scaling the peaks of Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough and climbing more than 5,000 feet in the process, the group, which included Íæż½ã½ã publisher Ben Briggs, have currently raised over £4,000 to split between Farming Community Network, RSABI and the guild's own charitable trust.
